Returns Policy
At Prevail Boxing, we aim to provide a fair and clear returns process while protecting our business from fraudulent claims. Please read the policy below before requesting a return.
Proof of Delivery
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered successfully delivered. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for claims of non‑receipt if the courier’s tracking confirms delivery. This is to prevent misuse of the returns system.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
Once reviewed, we will provide instructions. After inspection, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost.
Return Requirements
- Items must be returned in their original condition unless they arrive damaged.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or wear and tear after use.
Return Shipping
Return postage for damaged items will be covered or reimbursed by Prevail Boxing once approved.
Processing Times
Replacements will be sent out within 3–5 working days after the returned item has been received and approved.
